Vendor Reports (Written Feedback)
One of the most common complaints about estate agents for many years
has been the lack of feedback once a property has begun being
marketed. Our computerised systems ensure that all viewings are
followed up and feedback is recorded. In addition to speaking to our
clients informing them about the results of a viewing, a written report
is also sent to them detailing a record of all advertising placed, sales details given out, either mailed out or printed from our web search
